- Tehzor is a Russian PropTech developer of a cloud-based solution designed to digitize construction supervision and improve work quality across capital construction projects. The Tehzor platform covers the full lifecycle of construction assets, including operational control, acceptance control, premises handover, warranty, and operation. Over the past several years, the company has implemented two AI-powered models for identifying building axes and premises. In 2025, the project was selected by an Industry Competence Center as part of a national initiative to replace foreign software. Techzor's clients include more than 100 federal and regional developers, 14 of whom are among the TOP 40 developers in Russia according to the Unified Developers Resource.
